The Baccara is a blend of Rosa and Frankovka, Modry Portugal and Dunaj. Rosa variety is the majority of the blend. Hence the wine has been named after the Black Baccara, one of the most precious varieties of roses. It's colour, aroma and taste is reminiscent of a rose. Black fruit, spice, fuller mouthfeel, weightier but finishes off with a lovely freshness.
