Olaszrizling from Sziegl Pince in Hungary, is from winemaker and owner Balasz's favourite sites. All fruit here comes from their single vineyard Hársfás-út rich in loess and loam. The resulting wine is very elegant, poised, good structure and a long, lingering finish. It spends three days on skins, but only enough to give texture. A beautifully judged wine.
