The Just White from Syfany is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Veltliner (or also known as Grüner Veltliner). This is such a lovely wine, showing lots of stone fruit, with amazing texture and weight on the palate with a lemony zest note on the finish. Touch of complexity given the bottle age and yet so approachable and drinkable.
