Syfany has been an integral part of agriculture/farming in Moravia, Czech Republic, for the past 500 years. It is what the family has always done - worked with the land. The wines the current generation, Jakub Zborovský makes are expressive, age beautifully as you will often find lovely bottle age - such as this Frankovka aka Blaüfrankisch from the 2021 vintage. To find wines with this complexity, age and character is harder to find in the UK especially at incredible prices such as their wines. It is always a thing of pride to show these wines around. 
 
Bright red fruit, cherries, with a lovely earthy core, coming from the age, long finish with a vibrant character.
