Petr Koráb's 100% Neuburger - a variety that is considered to have an expression similar to a Chardonnay and a really elegant Chenin Blanc, think of the ones from Loire Valley, France. The expression of this wine is so refined with a lovely white flower bouquet and a creamy, coating mouthfeel with a long, lingering finish.
