The Pinot Gris is one of the new additions to the family - a livelier, fresher style with a preserved lemon peel notes and a beautiful coating mouthfeel, nice fullness with good minerality and long finish. Complex yet with a drinkability to it. 
 
All from organically farmed vineyards, natural methods in the cellar at 12.5%.
