A perfect skinsy wine, which is based on Sauvignon Blanc, spending just 6 days on skins to give it the right amount of grip on the palate. The wine spends 12 months in sandstone amphora, giving it a nice dry, crisp finish. Gooseberries, pear drop and ripe apples - super refreshing yet with good body and presence.
