Moravian Rhapsody 2023 from Jaroslav Osička is a blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, and a small percentage of Müller Thurgau and Neuburger. Fresh, easy drinking, with a lovely weight from the Pinot Gris and Riesling. Perfect with spicy foods for that matter any Asian cuisines. A wine that punches way above its weight - if you were looking for a wine with a bit of weight, character and something comforting in whites then this is great.
