Jaroslav Osička's Pinot Gris 2022 wine goes through a long, slow ageing. The wines are allowed to rest after all the work, they are technically still working and evolving as they are given the time and space for all the elements to work together bringing great harmony and expression. An elevated expression of Pinot Gris - a complex, nuanced, with a lovely texture and a long, long finish with a nice chewiness to it!
