Jaroslav Osička's Chardonnay Solis 2022 are one of the most anticipated releases. The wine is allowed to rest for a long time, with a slow, meticulous ageing and its own course as it evolves. It shows the true potential of Chardonnay, and is a very elegant, complex take on the grape with superb freshness!  Very Chablis-like yet with the weight and texture of a great Puligny-Montrachet.
