Petr Koráb Quasi Cremant Czech Republic 2021: A blend of Chardonnay and Welschriesling - is a perfect example of the style of bubbles Petr makes. In a classic cremant style (ie using the same traditional Champagne method). Clean, precise, with an amazing mineral backbone,  with a special twist. As Petr says on the back label “Mineral bath for your body and soul.” 
 
Utopia Patience Ice Cider 2019: If you love dessert/sweet wines, then this is for you! if you don't like dessert wines, then this is for you too! It will change your view on anything you may have had in the past which was just cloying and lacked freshness and such good balance and flavour as this. A tarte tatin in a glass and acidity of biting into a crunchy, red apple. Out of this world!
