This 100% Grüner Veltliner is the best fruit taken from three vintages, 2015, 2016 and 2020 is a lovely round, expressive character of the grape. It is rich and has a fuller mouthfeel but with an elegance and zesty-ness about it too. Making it so drinkable but yet a great wine to put alongside dishes that might have big flavours or creamier, richer sauces. 
 
What makes these wines even more special is all the wood used in its ageing comes from local Moravian forests, and Jakub the winemaker/owner also works with his neighbour who happens to be a cooper and who makes all the barrels. A wine with a true sense of place.
