Roučí is the top end Pinot Noir from the Springer family. And it takes it's name from the ancient Czech word for Pinot Noir, which arrived in the 14th Century when the very cosmopolitan new King Charles IV took control and moved into Prague.

With only 3,000 bottles produced of this wine, it sells out very quickly at the winery. It has a light colour, however, the Roučí has the most intense, mesmering presence on the with superb minerality and a lenghty finish on the palate.
