The Springer family is making some of the top Pinot Noirs in the country. Their single vineyard, Čtvrte, is a great example of this. This is powerful, elegant and has great structure and complexity. This cuvee was made by Tomáš, Jaroslav Springer's eldest son, who has taken all the decisions on pruning, harvest, ageing and the final profile of the wine as in the bottle.
