Petr Koráb's 100% Gruner Veltliner 2021 is such a hit, yellow, stone fruit notes, with white pepper notes and herbal character showing providing a great backbone. Slight exotic perfume, with a lovely texture, almost coating on the palate with a zingy fresh acidity all wrapped up in perfect harmony. A beautifully judged wine.
