Petr's most loved and awaited wine is here. The Orange on Leaves is a skin contact orange pétillant naturel (pet nat), which is a blend of Traminer, Welschriesling and Grüner Veltliner, but one where Petr adds in Traminer and St Laurent vine leaves to the fermentation. Given Petr and his family's love for herbal teas, where Petr does prepare some teas from vine leaves, which led him to start thinking of using vine leaves in the wine production. On further reseach, he found out that it is an ancient techniques that was used in winemaking.
 
The 2024 vintage is as elegant and ethereal as ever, the use of vine leaves in the fermentation brings the herbal notes and sweet spice character in the wine to the forefront - yet all balanced perfectly with the orchard fruit and floral notes dancing about.
