When Petr Koráb does sparkling wines or pet nats we just know it is going to be special. And there is nothing surprising with this one. Blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, the colour reflects the pinkish-reddish hue.
The name Milkmann was coined when Petr was tasting the wine with a bunch of sommeliers and words like creamy, lactic-like, milky kept popping up. Obviously the name stuck on. The wine shows beautiful balance, ample of red berries, a juicy character and structure and body coming from the Pinot Blanc. Petr’s pet nats and sekts have an unmistakable glou-glou-ness to them but they always show good persistence, complexity and loads of personality. Lip-smackingly delicious! And a perfect Autumnal wine.
