A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. The name Milkmann was coined when Petr was tasting the wine with a bunch of sommeliers and works like creamy, lactic-like, milky kept popping up. Obviously the name stuck on.
The wine shows a beautiful balance between ample of red berries, juicy character and structure and body coming from the Pinot Blanc. Petr’s pet nats and sekts have an unmistakable glou-glou-ness to them but they always show good persistence, complexity and loads of personality. Lip-smackingly delicious!
