Sauvignon Blanc that has gone through full carbonic macerations. A technique where whole grapes are left to macerate, in this case for four months, a kind of skin contact but the whole berries add another level of fruitiness. It is waxy, rich, fleshy yet with lots of yellow stone fruit freshness, a hint of nuttiness and a long finish with touch of bubbles adding a nice tingling sensation on the finish!
