Hibernal is one of the local varieties in the Czech Republic. Petr Kocarik does a an incredible expression of this grape. Honey, lemon oil, touch of lychee, and outlined by grassy, herbaceous notes. This is big, full, complex, with a lovely mouthfeel and a super long finish.
