It is a 100% Pinot Noir, but a blanc/white style of wine made from red grapes. The grapes are left in contact with its skins for a very short time. The wine has a yellow-pink hue. The aroma and taste are mineral - earthy with light touches of red fruit. Full of energy and vibrancy, with an added layer of richness and superb texture on the palate. So much more than a regular rose, and in between a white and orange wine. Great with food or on its own, best with poultry, veal, lamb or rich, big, flavoured sauces.
