Petr Nejedlík, owner and winemaker, was one of the firsts in Moravia to really kickstart the natural wine movement and also the first to start working with qvevris in Czech Republic. Their sparkling wines have got much love here in the UK and they show incredible complexity at such great prices. It is truly a win-win.
